Maryland – Staged Reading

About the Show

This short 30-minute play by Lucy Kirkwood was written in response to the growing conversation surrounding male violence against women, and was brought urgently to the Royal Court Theatre following the murders of Sarah Everard and Sabina Nessa.

In a bid to broaden the conversation, stir up vital anger and make this conversation accessible to all voices, the Royal Court has made the script available for any theatre to perform until the end of November.
