Do you like wacky comedies? Fancy a slice of West End comedy? We have three pairs of tickets to see the smash hit comedy The 39 Steps in Manchester this April.
THE PLAY:
Join the dashing Richard Hannay – complete with pencil moustache and British gung-ho – as he encounters dastardly murders, double-crossing agents and, of course, devastatingly beautiful women in the fast-paced and wickedly funny play The 39 Steps. Maria Aitken’s production contains every legendary scene from the 1935 classic Hitchcock movie thriller, including the chase on the Flying Scotsman, the escape on the Forth Bridge, the first theatrical bi-plane crash ever staged and the sensational death-defying finale in the London Palladium, as well as the ‘stocking and suspenders scene’ considered controversial at the time of the film’s release.
HOW TO WIN:
Simply email us the answer to this question: What is the name of the play’s dashing hero?
Please email your answer and your full name to: glenn@whatsonstage.com by the closing date of Fri 26th March, 2010 with the subject heading ‘The 39 Steps Comp’.
Good Luck!
The winner will be notified by email.
