Wicked: For Good has announced details about its soundtrack release.
The final instalment of the two-part movie franchise is set to bubble into UK cinemas on 21 November 2025, almost exactly a year after the record-setting part one.
Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey and more will all return, while famous numbers from act two include “For Good”, “As Long As You’re Mine” and “No Good Deed”.
Based on the hit novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire, Wicked and Wicked: For Good tells the story of two unlikely university friends in the land of Oz, one destined to become Glinda the Good and the other, the Wicked Witch of the West. Wicked writers Winnie Holzman (book) and Stephen Schwartz (score) are collaborating with Dana Fox on the screenplay.

You can see the names of the tracks featured below, including new additions: “No Place Like Home” is written in Elphaba green and “The Girl in the Bubble” in Glinda pink. According to an interview with director Jon M Chu, these new numbers were played to Grande and Erivo when they first signed on for the flicks.
Speaking of the new album, Schwartz said: “I’m especially happy that the soundtrack album for Wicked: For Good has so much new music on it. In addition to two brand new songs, there is a lot that’s new in several other existing songs. So not only listeners coming to the score for the first time, but long-time fans of the original Broadway cast album, will have a great deal to discover.”
