Tip Top stages Shirley Valentine in Chester

Tip Top Productions will be staging Willy Russell’s Shirley Valentine at the Forum Studio Theatre in Chester in February.

Playing the lead role is Marian Newman, who was last seen on the stage playing Hilary in Tip Top’s production of Debbie Isitt‘s The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband directed by Newman’s husband Mark.

Shirley Valentine is being directed by Chris Dukes who directed a production of Misery at the Forum for Tip Top in 2009.

The production runs at the Forum Studio, formerly the Chester Gateway Theatre, from 3-12 February.
