Simon Lipkin and cast rehearse The Lorax

Images have been released offering a first look at the cast in rehearsals for the Old Vic's production of Dr Seuss's The Lorax.

Max Webster directs Simon Lipkin as The Lorax alongside Simon Paisley Day as the Once-ler.

Adapted from the book of the same name, The Lorax tells of a moustachioed and cantankerous critter who's on a mission to protect the earth from the greedy, tree-chopping, Thneed-knitting businessman known only as The Once-ler.

Dr Seuss's The Lorax opens at the Old Vic on 15 December 2016.
