Caroline Wigmore and Jen Green’s Pigs Might Fly musical, adapted from Mudpuddle Farm by Michael Morpurgo (War Horse), is heading out on tour.
Following the adventures of Pintsize, a young piglet newly separated from best friend Diana the Sheep by a tall fence, and his mission to fly over said barrier, the production is directed by Kate Golledge.
It features choreography by Chris Whittaker and set and costume design by Stewart J Charlesworth, with casting to be announced soon.
Produced by Deus Ex Machina Production, Pigs Might Fly opens at Theatre Peckham (24 to 26 May) before heading to New Victoria Theatre Woking (30 to 31 May), New Wimbledon Theatre (3 to 4 June), Princess Theatre Torquay (10 to 11 June), Richmond Theatre (18 June), Theatre Royal Brighton (7 to 8 July) and Milton Keynes Theatre (16 July).
