Paranormal Activity will return to the West End this summer.

The stage production is based on the film series first written and directed by Oren Peli and produced by Blumhouse and Solana Films. The story follows James and Lou, who move from Chicago to London in an attempt to leave their past behind, only to find that they remain affected by unexplained events.

The stage show is directed by Felix Barrett, founder and artistic director of Punchdrunk. Levi Holloway previously wrote the stage thriller Grey House. We discuss its remarkable success in our dedicated podcast, available for free here:

The production has also toured North America, with performances at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre and the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. It has played at Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington DC and will complete its tour at American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.

The show will be back at the Ambassadors Theatre from 8 August 2026 following a hiatus. The production is currently booking at the same venue until 25 April 2026. The new booking period will run to 3 October 2026.

The creative team includes Fly Davis as set and costume designer, Chris Fisher providing illusions, Anna Watson as lighting designer, Gareth Fry as sound designer, Luke Halls as video designer, and casting directors Stuart Burt and Ginny Schiller, with the return company to be revealed.

From 8 August, performances will take place Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with matinees on Friday and Saturday at 2.30pm.
