Might Londoners be storming the barricades three times over come this autumn? We hear that, in addition to the touring production at the Barbican Theatre and the ongoing original at the West End’s Queen’s Theatre, impresario Cameron Mackintosh might mount a third production of Les Miserables in the capital to mark the 25th anniversary of Boublil and Schonberg’s musical: a concert presentation at The 02 centre in Greenwich. Given the acoustics at the venue most famous as a major stage for rock and pop concerts, you should be able to hear the people sing loud and clear!
