John Barrowman will host a new All Star Musicals on ITV, which will see famous celebrities perform iconic musical numbers.

Featuring Elaine Paige leading a panel of industry judges, the show will see the seven celebrities perform live on the London Palladium stage for one night only, with the performances then broadcast in a one-off special.

The show will feature numbers from a range of famous musicals, both contemporary and classic, with the Palladium audience deciding at the end of the night which performance was the most impressive. On top of the celebrities, both Barrowman and Paige will give special renditions of some of their favourite tunes. Further judges are to be confirmed.

Paige will be mentoring the celebrities in the run-up to the performance at the Palladium, and said: "I'm looking forward to following the celebrities on their journey to performing on London's most prestigious stage, and of course it's an added bonus to have a front-row seat on the night itself."

The date for the show is currently unconfirmed. All Star Musicals was previously broadcast in 2017, featuring Michael Crawford and Freddie Flintoff.
