We visited rehearsals for the musical adaptation of David Walliams' novel Billionaire Boy.
Based on the hit novel, the new musical is adapted by Jon Brittain (Rotterdam) and has music by Miranda Cooper and Nick Coler in what will be their first musical. It is directed by Luke Sheppard (In the Heights) and follows a boy who becomes an overnight lucrative smash for a product he invents.
The show runs in Southampton until 6 January before touring to Salford, Coventry and Cardiff.
