We sat down with Academy Award-winning composer and lyricist Alan Menken ahead of the official release of the new live action remake of Disney's Aladdin. Watch our video below for a special Aladdin medley sung specially by the legend himself, including the new song "Speechless".
The film stars Will Smith as the Genie, Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Jasmine and Marwan Kenzari as Jafar.
Further cast includes Navid Negahban as the Sultan, Nasim Pedrad as Dalia, Billy Magnussen as Prince Anders and Numan Acar as Hakim.
The piece is directed by Guy Ritchie and written by John August and Ritchie. It is due out on 24 May this year.
