Opening night: Cynthia Erivo, Dean John-Wilson and Jade Ewen at Aladdin

We spoke to the cast and creatives of the West End's new Disney musical Aladdin on opening night at the Prince Edward Theatre.

Dean John-Wilson and Jade Ewen star as Aladdin and Princess Jasmine in the show with Broadway star Trevor Dion Nicholas as Genie. The piece is a reworking of the 1992 film with a book by Chad Beguelin, music by Alan Menken, and lyrics by Tim Rice, Beguelin and the late Howard Ashman.
