Has anyone seen the above play yet? Not seen any reviews for it yet. I do know that it is about ninety five mins with no interval.

I saw this last week in Manchester, and TBH, found it very disappointing. I saw it principally because Out Of Joint are a company I have followed for decades, but this is their weakest offering that I can recall.

Whilst there a couple of good performances in it, there are also several dreadful portrayals. A weak script does not help. There are several cringe-worthy scenes, without giving spoilers, the grandmothers drunken monologue and the scene between mother and son were truly awful.

It seemed a lot longer than 95 minutes!
The engine roared, the motor hissed,
And who could see that the road would twist
