Number of downloads: 5February 2010 will see the UK burlesque sensation Miss Polly Rae, revolutionise the scene by taking burlesque away from small stage cabaret and onto the stage at the Leicester Square Theatre in Miss Polly Rae: The All New Hurly Burly Show. Mistress of the burlesque, Miss Polly Rae and her Hurly Burly Girlys will set a new standard in performance with the ultimate sensuous and risqué show. Miss Polly Rae will give her own definitive performance - singing live - an exceptional marriage of vocal talent and burlesque art. Directed by William Baker, with musical direction from Steve Anderson, the show is set to be a multi performance extravaganza and a first for the West End theatregoing audience. Miss Polly Rae: The All New Hurly Burly Show's premiere season runs from Tuesday February 23 - Sunday February 28. Press night: Wednesday February 24 William Baker's 15-year career spans the arts from celebrated stylist and photographer to author and West End director. Critically acclaimed as Creative Director for Kylie Minogue and collaborations with numerous other artists including Britney Spears, Bjork and Jamiroquai; Baker will focus his gold star standards on the show with original direction, set design and couture outfits – all the high end production values that the West End is famed for.

With inspiration taken from burlesque's most celebrated era, that of the '40s and '50s Americana pin-ip girls, Miss Polly Rae and her Hurly Burly Girlys are to perform their new and original choreographed routines to additional influences including Marie Antoinette and even outerspace…

Miss Polly Rae: The All New Hurly Burly Show promises to be erotic, sumptuous and exquisite in its splendour; showcasing the beauty of the burlesque in all its femininity and maturity - an exceptional concept to be brought to life and a must-see.
