Just noticed that Harry MrEntire from Srping Awakening is in Simon Stephen's new play at the Lyric Hammersmith.

Looks pretty good. The rest of the cast looks really good too. Nice start to the theatre season.

Anyone know any of the other actors in it? I think Jessica Raine got a best newcomer nomination didn't she?

We saw the show last night (for the second performance).
I thought the cast were really good. It is a disturbing play – totally gripping.
All the characters were really believable.

The action happens in a school and, being a teacher myself, at times I found the story a little TOO real for comfort. I felt that I had taught at least two of the characters in the play.
When Harry asked afterwards what I thought about the play I was lost for words. It took me about 30 minutes to take it all in.

We have booked again – it is definitely worth seeing more than once.

The cast are listed on the Lyric website:

Loved it

After the terrible Harper Regan, this gripped me. The end shocked the whole audience. Worked in psychiatry for a while and this was a fantastic look at an adolescent gone awry.

Amazing cast- superb characterisations. The Lyric did well to get this one!

Looking forward to catching this at Manchester's Royal Exchange Theatre. I presume it's the same cast entirely...

Probably not as I'll be queuing for the banquettes on a Saturday morning! Enjoy, though!
