I hope this is true, she was great in tonights the night (only thing ive seen her in). Thats annoying if its true as I will probably go and see it again if the new cast is so good - and I so didnt plan to!

I've seen Dianne Pilkington in Les Miserables, Tess of the D'Urbervilles, as the Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd, as the Protestant Girl in The Beautiful Game, as Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and as Belinda in The Far Pavilions. She was very impressive in the last three, but I don't remember her from the others.
In my opinion anyone interested in improving himself should not rule out becoming pure energy.

Yes, I've seen her in some of these. She is very good and should make an excellent Glinda.
I won't be called a baggage!

O-m-G!!!!!! if this is true it's FAB news! I'd like Beechley to take over but this is better news! I heard a version of Diane sing 'Popular' in her cabaret show and it was GREAT!

Anyone know what DATE's the changeover?

I was VERY impressed by Dianne in The Far Pavilions.

(And NB her forename is spelt Dianne not Diane -
though I'm not sure there's a way of even the original poster editing this forum's thread titles?)

Lovely voice and very capable performer, might have to arrange another trip, depending on the rest of the casting!!
