Hi all, first post here although I've been lurking for a while!
Does anyone know what's being lined up for The Venue, Leicester Square after the Vegemite tales ends? Might the VT extend?

The venue is a small 329 seat "off West End" theatre with a tiny foyer. The stage is semi-thrust with a proscenium set behind the thrust. There is no pit. It was converted in the 1990's from a dance hall and is in the basement of the Notre Dame Church.

saw taboo at the venue many times, its nice and intimate but if they still have the ceiling fans whiring through out the performance that can be distracting

The venue would be perfect for a transfer of I Love You Because from the Landor and perfect timing aswell.

I think ILYB is likely to be going into the Arts Theatre - but not until next year. The London Repertory Company is taking over The Venue for an as yet unannounced season with a permanent core company of actors, but again not until next year.

I'd heard that ILYB had got the Arts Theatre but I may be wrong. It would certainly work better in The Venue IMO.
