Just got a call saying his show tomorrow night at Delfont Room got cancelled because there was something wrong with his work visa that he cannot perform in the UK... and no plans for rescheduling.
SAD! I was quite hyped up to see him and some stars perform! What a bummer! Hope he'll return soon Scott!

Actually Scott is saying it's Delfonts fault and they are saying it was Scott's fault, no one's knows who's to blame but all I know is someone screwed up!!

I'm pretty sure we'll never find out exactly what the mess up is.

Looks like I'll be having an early night tomorrow instead! It's probably sensible!

Shame. I couldn't make this one, but I went to a concert by American singer-songwriter Katie Thompson in February 2009 at New York jazz club Birdland, and Scott Alan did many of the arrangements and co-wrote some of the songs. The cast was full of Broadway leading ladies, including Shoshana Bean, Lisa Brescia, Julia Murney, Carrie Manolakos and more.

He is an excellent songwriter and definitely one to watch (although he has yet to complete a full producable musical, instead focusing on numerous "cycles". Note to Scott - find decent book writer and get working!).

In the mean time, if you want to see a brilliant singer singing a brilliant Scott Alan song, check out Stuart Matthew Price on Facebook
