The Duchess of Padua, by Oscar Wilde, is a verse tragedy set in the sixteenth century. Somehow it seems to have slipped through the cracks, and it's time it had the opportunity to live and breathe again.

Directed by Rafe Beckley (Hans Christian Andersen's Dark Tales and Kitty and Damnation, both for Giant Olive), the focus will be on the primacy of the text, and on creating realistic, truthful performances.
I'm looking for a do-it-all stage manager, who can be with me and be terribly organised during rehearsals, and then go on to run the lighting and sound for the show. While there is no pay during rehearsals, the theatre will pay a token amount for each show operated once the show is up.
