We have a new opportunity as Merchandising Lead in a supervisory role during the selling periods of the London production of The Lion King.

Main duties:
To assist and provide support in the management of all aspects of a retail business; daily and weekly sales, operational organization, inventory and shipment, enhance team motivation and focus on the sales floor, providing feedback and conflict resolution for sales personnel and building positive working relationships with theatre staff.

Help drive results through daily monitoring and management of Cast Members, deputizing in Managers absence, working towards shared Targets and Goals and reporting/documenting sales figures.

All candidates must be able to work flexible hours which include Wednesday matinees, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Essential experience:
Proven supervisory experience in Retail or Theatre Environment
Proven Customer Service experience
Experience of supervising staff to achieve sales goals
Experience of motivating a team
Demonstrable experience of providing feedback on performance
Experience of liaising with internal and external partners to achieve goals
Experience with problem solving and inventory control.
