Sedos, the City of London’s premier amateur theatre company, is presenting Hair at the Bridewell Theatre this June. Open auditions take place 4, 5 and 7 March. To book an audition email hairauditions.sedos@googlemail.com. For more information check out www.sedos.co.uk. This is a great opportunity to be a perform in one of the most iconic musicals of the last 50 years . The time to perform this fab musical is now – even Cameron Mackintosh thinks so!

How have you got the rights to perform this? Im not saying you haven't just seems strange to allow an Am production of it when the Broadway production is finding a home in the West End!

Yes, we've got the rights! We applied for them and they were granted to us a number of months before there was even a rumour of a professional production opening this soon in London. We thought that the time was right to do a production of Hair. Clearly Cameron thought the same thing! It's going to be an exciting production, so why not come along and get involved. www.sedos.co.uk

Sounds interesting but please be aware as it has happend in the past that you may still get the rights removed...it may be worth double checking with the holders!

Thanks for your concern. Don't worry, we've checked and double checked and all is okay.

Looks like you've got your cast now:

Will probably go see this because:

a ) it should be much cheaper than the other London production

and

b ) I loved your RENT production! It was awesome.

Might end up seeing both Hair productions actually...
