BOX OFFICE MANAGER

Full time position - £18,000 to £23,000 (depending on experience)

An experienced Box Office Manger is required to a provide a front line ticket sale service for all our in-house student productions and commercial theatre hires of our three in-house theatres. Working as part of the FOH team the Box Office Manager has prime responsibility for maximising and accounting for the income from ticket sales and merchandise together with the development and management of the Friends supporter scheme and the alumni and industry contact database.

Reporting to the Theatre/Events Manager, the post holder is a key member of a busy FOH team and is required to work closely with the Marketing Manager.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years previous professional Box Office management experience. Theatre related box office experience to include that of running a supporters club is preferred. We use the Spektrix Box Office system and training on this system will be provided.

The role will require flexibility working 37.5 hours on a rota basis to cover daytime, evening and weekend shifts, as required.
