I went to see 'ACC' at the Arts Theatre when it first opened. The programmes hadn't arrived and I HAVE to have a programme, so I pre-ordered one, which I thought was a cool service for them to offer. However, that was 4 weeks ago and I've still not received the programme. I've emailed and phoned the theatre several times, but they don't seem concerned in the slightest. I would normally just go in and get one, but I'm doing panto at the mo so can't get into town. Has this happened to anyone else??? It wasn't cheap either, the programme was £5 and then they asked for £2 p&p (which I did think was cheeky, considering I was kind of doing them a favour by making sure they weren't out of pocket because of their bad organisation!) I really enjoyed the show, but this is really putting a dampner on it. No one wants to communicate with me about it, which is making me rapidly go off supporting the Arts Theatre (which needs all the support it can get). I know I'm most probably stupid for getting worked up about this - but it's the principle!!! Does anyone have any advice?!?! Cheers!

Arty,
The programme was delivered to me by post on Tuesday. Date on the postmark was 3 Dec, a full month after I went to see the show. I am quite sure that the programme has been available for a while since I saw it in some photos taken on the press night. I agree with you that two pounds p&p charge is just not right. The Young Vic did not charge p&p for Annie Get Your Gun when it was not available at the theatre. Hope you get yours delivered soon.

I had to do the same with Sunset Boulevard, although I didn't have to pay for P&P. Shame
