We are looking for a Stage Manager for our forthcoming London tour of an interactive play about road safety for primary schools.

Developed with Camden Public Safety Team and funded by Transport for London, the play looks at safety on the roads for primary students in year 6 as they approach the transition to Secondary school.
The action focuses on a crash in which Aaron, an 11 year old boy, is hit by a car. The play explores the events leading up to the crash for Aaron and his best friend Kali who have recently started secondary school. The audience are asked to become detectives in trying to establish who is to blame for the accident.
This fully interactive production creates a lasting impact on its audience through a striking and dramatic central incident. The play aims to improve young people's understanding of the fact that they have increasing control and influence over their own and other people's safety by:
Stage management responsibilities will include; sourcing costumes and props, maintenance of wardrobe during tour, coordinating the get in and get out with support from the company, operating sound during performances, liasing with the Immediate Theatre office and schools, managing petty cash for the production, providing monitoring information to the administrative team and driving the company van.
The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check and have a clean driving licence.
Fee: £85 - 95 per day, depending on experience.
