Show Pics: David Suchet & Laurie Metcalf take a Long Day’s Journey into Night

Production photos have been released of Long Day’s Journey into Night, which opens at the West End’s Apollo Theatre next week (10 April 2012, previews from 2 April) starring David Suchet and Laurie Metcalf alongside Trevor White and Kyle Soller.

Last seen in the West End in 2000, Eugene O’Neill’s 1957 play is revived by Anthony Page with design by Lez Brotherston. The influential American classic, which won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, tells the story of the Tyrone family and the hardships they struggle to overcome.

David Suchet returns to the Apollo Theatre where he previously starred in Arthur Miller‘s All My Sons. He is joined in the cast by three-time Emmy-Award winner Laurie Metcalf, Trevor White and Kyle Soller. The production plays a limited West End season to 18 August 2012.
