Parisa Shahmir

Parisa Shahmir is a British-Iranian musical theatre performer, singer-songwriter, and composer.

A graduate of The Musical Theatre Academy, she made her professional debut in Mamma Mia! and has since starred in The Last Ship by Sting, We Live in Cairo, and led Fisherman’s Friends: The Musical.

Her original song “The Tidal Pool” was featured in the show’s UK/Canada tour and cast recording. Parisa’s debut album Working From Home topped the iTunes Singer/Songwriter charts. In 2024, her original musical Medusa was selected for NAMT’s Festival of New Musicals in New York
