A tribute to the sacrifices made by all those involved in the Great War, and in remembrance of the first Armistice in 1918. York Theatre Royal Choir leads an evening of sights, sounds and memories including: music from composers such as Vaughan Williams, Karl Jenkins and Eric Whitacre, popular songs from the time, and the words by the most famous poets and dramatists. With special guests and community participation.
