About This Show

A wealthy American woman, travelling in first class, is escorted to a waiting room on arrival at Heathrow airport and finds herself sharing the space with an annoyingly familiar young man. Accustomed to having the upper hand in most situations, she finds herself challenged by his increasingly confrontational behaviour. A manic young man struggles to come to terms with being hated and ostracised for his beliefs and the colour of his skin; his God, as dictated by the sweep of a pen in an oval office, has the wrong name. How can he stand up for himself and others like him and make himself heard, even in a small way? What game is being played, by whom, and just how far will it go? Waiting Games is a provocative and sometimes terrifying political drama with a comic edge.
