About the Show

Revelation 1:18 – Reuniting for a farewell gig in the city were it all began, a band on the brink of mega stardom ask; why live the life when we could leave a legacy? Revelation 1:18 explores the ever increasing pressures of toxic masculinity, self worth and the heightening crisis of male suicide. No Help Sent – Their best friend has cancer and the NHS has been privatised. What would you do? The NHS has been privatised, their friend has cancer and there are no more options. Fearing the worst, they’ll do whatever it takes. Set in a not too distant future, No Help Sent uncovers just how hard some must fight to get the help they need. Wine – It’s their second first date. She’s about to become a Hollywood star whilst he’s still living with his brother. As the evening unfolds, it’s time to face the pain of the lives they could have led. Confronting both sides of the pro-abortion argument, Wine returns to the Tristan Bates Theatre following its phenomenal run earlier this year.

For the first time in the company’s history, LAGO Theatre present all three of Jack West’s plays in rep at the Tristan Bates for a three week limited season. This season of three unmissable shows casts an unforgiving eye on some of the hardest hitting issues of today.
