About This Show

Hersh Dagmarr is a London-based Queer singer/songwriter and visual artist. His visceral inspiration from the grand Weimar Berlin era mixed with his own experience as a club kid from the noughties and the 2010s evolved into a unique blend of jazz, dance and electronic avant-pop with elements of cabaret mixed in.

Join Hersh for a night of classic cabaret centered around the songs of Edith Piaf performed in the spirit of French chanson and the grand Berlin-Weimar era by singer Hersh Dagmarr and pianist Karen Newby. Expect some drama, thrill, glamour and timeless romance with tunes by “la Mome Piaf” but also Kurt Weill, Marlene Dietrich, the Pet Shop boys and many others…
