About the Show
A collaboration between sculptor Eva Rothschild and choreographer Joe Moran, A Setup navigates the relationships and tensions between sculpture, abstraction, motion and the human form. Rothschild’s sculptures occupy the Sackler Gallery in proximity to two dancers who perform Moran’s durational work Singular, live throughout the exhibition. The six exceptional dancers performing in pairs across the week are Katye Coe and Hilary Stainsby, Helka Kaski and Rosalie Wahlfrid, and Pepa Ubera and Josefina Camus.
