Beethoven Chamber Music and Songs

Ian Bostridge and Antonio Pappano’s new Beethoven recording has already received considerable critical acclaim. Beethoven’s only song cycle portrays the anguish and longing of love in separation. In this Beethoven anniversary year, the programme also includes his early cello sonata and his arrangements of two Irish folksongs.
