1001 Nights is a show for younger audiences looking at how we address, through art, issues fundamental to the society we live in and how we bring up our children to view it.
Director Douglas Rintoul has collected and adapted the classic Arabian Nights Islamic tales to bring them to life for young and old alike.

The production was first shown at the Unicorn Theatre last year and will re-visit the theatre as part of its tour. The play centres around a modern Shahrazad, torn between her home in Syria and her new life in the UK.
