The BBC comedy Two Doors Down is moving from screen to stage for the first time with a live show set for a limited run in Glasgow in 2026. The production, presented by Phil McIntyre Live LTD, will take place at the OVO Hydro across 25, 26 and 27 September 2026.

The live version, titled Two Doors Down: Live!, sees the residents of Latimer Crescent gather at Eric and Beth’s house. The plot centres on Eric and Beth inviting the neighbours over for an announcement from Ian, leading to speculation about whether the news concerns a trip, a career change, or a wedding arrangement with Gordon.

The stage show will reunite the main cast from the television series. Alex Norton returns as Eric Baird, alongside Arabella Weir as Beth Baird, Doon Mackichan as Cathy Whyte, Elaine C Smith as Christine O’Neill, Graeme “Grado” Stevely as Alan, Jamie Quinn as Ian Baird, Jonathan Watson as Colin Whyte, Joy McAvoy as Michelle, and Kieran Hodgson as Gordon.

Creator Gregor Sharp said of the stage show that it was a “dream come true” to bring Two Doors Down Live to the venue with the full cast.

The show, created and written by the late Simon Carlyle (who passed away in 2023) and Sharp, began as a one-off in 2013. The TV series has run for seven series and three Christmas specials, moving to BBC One and winning awards including RTS Scotland Awards for Best Comedy.
