5. Right Now – Bush Theatre

Award-winning Quebecois playwright Catherine-Anne Toupin's play comes to London following a critically acclaimed run in Bath.

4. How the Other Half Loves – Theatre Royal Haymarket

Who doesn't love a bit of Ayckbourn? This revival of his 1970s farce stars Olivier nominated Nicholas Le Prevost and EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite.

Superb South African director Yael Farber makes her National Theatre debut with Lorraine Hansberry's (A Raisin in the Sun) final drama. She reunites with Crucible actress Anna Madeley who plays alongside a cast including Gary Beadle, Siân Phillips and Danny Sapani.

The Old Vic continues its 250th anniversary celebration with this revival of Eugene O'Neill's tragedy. Richard Eyre directs a cast including Jeremy Irons, Lesley Manville and Hadley Fraser, which is probably the most exciting sentence we've written all month.
