Secret Cinema hints at future Moulin Rouge event?

Live events company Secret Cinema have hinted that their next production could be based on the much loved movie-musical Moulin Rouge.

A post on their Facebook page today said: "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return" – a quote from the song "Nature Boy" by Nat King Cole which features in the film.

The 2001 film was directed, produced, and co-written by Baz Luhrmann, and starred Ewan McGregor as Christian, a young Scottish writer who falls in love with the star of the Moulin Rouge, cabaret actress and courtesan Satine, played by Nicole Kidman.

Secret Cinema's previous events have included immersive screenings of Prometheus, Star Wars and Back to the Future. They are currently screening Dirty Dancing in an unknown location in London.
