As Hilary Mantel’s novels are being adapted for a BBC television series, the Royal Shakespeare Company’s duo will reportedly transfer to the West End later this year
The Royal Shakespeare Company's current productions of Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies will reportedly transfer to the West End later this year.
The RSC is currently looking for a theatre in London to house the productions, which opened in Stratford-upon-Avon in December to critical acclaim, according to the Daily Mail.
Mike Poulton's adaptations of Hilary Mantel's Booker Prize-winning novels are directed by Jeremy Herrin, and play in repertory in Stratford until 29 March 2014.
Ben Miles stars as Thomas Cromwell in both productions, which chart the rise to power of Cromwell in the Tudor Court. The productions also include in the cast Lucy Briers, Lydia Leonard, Paul Jesson and Nathaniel Parker.
