Cast and stars celebrated last night at the King's Cross Theatre after the opening night of David Bowie and Enda Walsh's new musical Lazarus.

Michael C Hall stars in the show, playing Thomas Newton, a role Bowie played in the 1976 film The Man Who Fell to Earth. Amy Lennox, Jamie Muscato, Sophie Ann Caruso and Michael Esper also star in the show.

The piece features songs by Bowie and was one of his final projects before he died in January this year.

Bill Nighy, Rufus Sewell, Matthew Warchus and Bob Geldoff joined the cast to mark the London premiere.

Lazarus runs at the King's Cross Theatre until January 22
