So Great A Crime tells the story of Sir Hector MacDonald who rose from humble beginnings as a crofter’s son through the ranks of the British Army to become a knight of the realm. It runs at the Finborough Theatre until 22 January.

Fiona Shaw performs Coleridge’s epic poem with dancer Daniel Hay-Gordon. Directed by Phyllida Lloyd, it runs at the Old Vic Tunnels until 13 January.

Sleeping Beauty

The English National Ballet bring the classic fairy tale to the Coliseum. Featuring some of Tchaikovsky’s best-loved ballet music, it runs until 19 January.
