Key North East Openings this January

Amongst the major openings in the North-East (Yorkshire region) this month are:

OPENING 28 January 2010, Me and My Dad opens at Hull Truck Theatre. Andy’s dad puts the lie to the common misconception that men make the best chefs. So when his mum dies, Andy moves back home for a month, to help his dad learn the ways of the kitchen. Find fights over the frying pan (and Andy’s girlfriend) in this new bittersweet comedy from Nick Lane who also directs. The season continues until 20 February.
