Exclusive: Full casting has been revealed for RepresentAsian: An Evening of Asian Talent, a one-night-only fundraising concert at the Lyric Theatre on Monday, 13 October 2025.

The event will showcase leading Asian musical theatre performers from across the globe alongside emerging talent, celebrating diversity and inclusivity while fundraising for a new scholarship at the Boury Academy.

The initiative is supported in collaboration with special guest Conrad Ricamora’s own fund, The Right to Be There, which also works to create opportunities for young Asian artists. Ricamora, who recently originated the role of Abraham Lincoln in Broadway’s Oh, Mary! and earned a Tony nomination for his performance, will be making his West End debut.

Also appearing at the one-night-only concert will be Joanna Ampil, Frances Mayli McCann, Desmonda Cathabel, Joe Thompson-Oubari, Talia Palamathanan, Parisa Shahmir and El Haq Latief. Reuben Khan, Ritesh Manugula and Eunice De Castro will be making their West End debuts.

Nina Wadia will host the event.

RepresentAsian is produced by Aixa Amarante Productions, with casting director Ben Armstrong spearheading the project alongside Ghostlight Productions on design. Amy Hsu acts as musical director, Natalie Pound is musical supervisor, and PR and marketing are handled by Media House Global, with Alex Kais for House of Kais, as head of brands and partnerships.

Armstrong commented: “Representation matters a great deal to me, as a mixed-race Sri Lankan individual, and I want to give back to the Asian community. Providing access and opportunities to young people is how to widen the talent pool, strengthen representation and hopefully inspire others to commit to inclusivity and diversity in the arts. I can’t wait to share this show with a West End audience.”

Tickets are on sale now.
