Punchdrunk Enrichment has announced full casting for the world premiere of Fireside Tales, a new interactive adventure for children aged 7 to 11 and their families, opening this Christmas in London.

Running at Punchdrunk Enrichment Stores in Wembley Park from 6 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, the production will officially open with a press performance on Sunday 7 December at 11am.

Due to popular demand, additional weekend matinees and early evening performances at 7.30pm – tailored for grown-ups only – have now been added to the run.

The newly announced cast, who will rotate between two roles in the production, are Siddiqua Akhtar (A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder), Rebecca Clark (recent work with Frantic Assembly and Complicité), Amari Harris (a storyteller and drama facilitator with experience at the Old Vic and Half Moon Theatre) and Alex Stedman (Murder On The Orient Express).

The production is written and directed by Punchdrunk Enrichment’s incoming artistic director Steve McCourt, with additional material devised by the company. The creative team also features design by Mydd Pharo, costume design by Melissa Simon-Hartman, lighting design by Sarah Readman and sound design by Dominic Kennedy.

Ahead of the production, outgoing artistic director and CEO Peter Higgin will take on an epic challenge from 16–18 October: running 100 miles over three days, from the Isle of Wight to Wembley, in an effort to raise £25,000 for Punchdrunk Enrichment.

The “Founder to Future Challenge” will support the company’s core mission to reach children and families with limited access to the arts, keeping ticket prices affordable, offering subsidised schools projects and developing bold new experiences with young people at their heart.
