Cast: Arcola's Ghost from a Perfect Place and Royal Court's Wolf from the Door

Feast will be joined in Philip Ridley’s controversial play by Sheila Reid and Florence Hall

Michael Feast, Sheila Reid and Florence Hall will head the cast of the upcoming 20th anniversary production of Philip Ridley’s Ghost From a Perfect Place at the Arcola Theatre.

Directed by Russell Bolam, the production runs from runs 15 September to 11 October 2014 (previews from 11 September).

The controversial play sees 60s gang leader Travis Flood (Feast) return to find his old turf in the clutches of a vicious gang of girls led by the beautiful Rio (Hall).

Feast's recent stage credits include Plague Over England, The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui and Three Sisters (Young Vic).

The rest of the cast are Rachel Redford (Miss Kerosene) and Scarlett Brookes (Miss Sulpher).


The Royal Court has announced casting for Rory Mullarkey's The Wolf from the Door, which runs from 15 September to 1 November 2014 (previews from 10 September).

Joining the previously announced Anna Chancellor and Calvin Demba, Pearce Quigley and Sophie Russell.

The play, which is directed by James Macdonald, imagines a wild road trip across Middle England where Lady Catherine (Chancellor) and her young protégée Leo (Demba), enlist every tearoom, hot yoga class and WI group on a mission to change the country forever.
