Tom Hollander will reprise his role as Henry Carr, a minor British diplomat in Zurich in 1917, in the comedy which was given five stars by WhatsOnStage reviewer Sarah Crompton.

Patrick Marber directs the piece, which will open at the Apollo Theatre on 14 February and runs until 29 April. The rest of the company includes Freddie Fox (Tristan Tzara), Peter McDonald (James Joyce), Clare Foster (Cecily), Forbes Masson (Lenin), Amy Morgan (Gwendolen), Sarah Quist (Nadya) and Tim Wallers (Bennett).

The show broke Menier Chocolate Factory box office records by selling out ahead of its first preview.

Travesties runs at the Apollo Theatre from 15 February to 29 April, with previews from 3 February.
