Stars of stage and screen packed into the Duke of York’s theatre last night for the transfer of Jennifer Haley’s award-winning play

The West End transfer of the Royal Court production The Nether by Jennifer Haley opened at the Duke of York's Theatre last night with guests including Harry Potter stars Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman and Zoe Wanamaker in attendance.

Other VIPs at the opening night included actors Nick Moran, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Sophie Okonedo, comedian Jenny Eclair and journalists Michael Buerke, Janet Street Porter and Ian Hislop.
