Adrian Lukis and Jill Winternitz to star in I'm Gonna Pray For You So Hard

Casting has been announced for the UK premiere of Halley Feiffer's I'm Gonna Pray for You So Hard.

Jake Smith will direct Adrian Lukis (The Seagull, National Theatre) and Jill Winternitz (Once, West End) in Feiffer's black comedy about an actress who wants to make her famous playwright father proud.

The play premiered off-Broadway in 2015, starring Reed Birney and Betty Gilpin, and earned Feiffer an Outer Critics' Circle nomination. Read Theatermania's review of the show's initial run in New York here.

I'm Gonna Pray for You So Hard runs at the Finborough Theatre from 2 to 25 March, with previews from 28 February.
