Bush Celebrates 25 Years

By • West End
The Bush Theatre in London celebrates its 25th birthday in October. The theatre, renowned for its encouragement of new writing, will include two world premieres by first-time playwrights Hilary Fannin and Helen Blackman in its Birthday Season. The premieres, Mackerel Sky and Caravan, will precede a star-studded Birthday Gala to be held at the Duke of York's Theatre on 30 November. Actors who have performed at the Bush include Bob Hoskins, Julie Walters, Tim Roth, Simon Callow and Alan Rickman. They will no doubt be invited to the Gala so demand for seats is likely to soar!
