Barbara Jane Mackie's musical is based on a true story about two members of the Hampshire Women's Institute who campaign for better working conditions for sex workers.
Talking about the inspiration behind the show, Mackie said: "I spent time with several brothel Madames, meeting their working girls and hearing their stories. I realised that the story of these girls would intertwine powerfully with the story of the two WI ladies, as all of these women wanted the same thing: the decriminalisation of prostitution.
"Rumpy Pumpy! is my way of wrapping up a complex subject and creating something fun and frothy with a gritty edge."
The production will be directed by Simon Greiff (The Rocky Horror Show Live), with musical direction from Paul Smith. Further casting to be announced.
Rumpy Pumpy! will run at the Theatre Royal Windsor from 1 to 5 November and at the Union Theatre from 14 to 19 November.
