The Countdown!

I’ll be keeping you up to date with all the adventures I have in the Scottish capital, and I hope you’ll find it interesting to see the festival through my eyes. As a first time performer in the Fringe as well as someone very new to the performing arts industry in general, I’ll have fun recounting my experiences pretty much as and when they happen and I hope you’ll follow my journey.

My name’s Caroline and I’ll be up at the Fringe all month with many more fresh faces from the Lincoln Performing Arts Company. The shows we’re bringing to the festival are Willy Russel’s Blood Brothers, Bertolt Brecht’s Fear and Misery of the Third Reich, an adaptation of Stephen King’s Secret Window and a dance piece entitled 1,2,3, 2,2,3 3,2,3, Triplets.

The final pieces will slide into place tomorrow and the day after as we undergo our final technical rehearsals and stage preview performances at the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre. Tension’s mounting, but after all our hard work I’m sure everything will go fine!
