Why do we need 4 separate news threads about this show? Surely the press statement, photo’s and video footage can all be combined into one?

It seems very unfair to other shows and producers who may be lucky to only get one and normally only do with this site.

Yes it does seem a bit 'de trop'.
The new Phantom song sounds a bit unmemorable to me. The waltz is quite fun.

I see WoS are too busy to answer my question because they have now added a 5th thread. I hope they do this for all new shows ...

Phantom 2 is probably the biggest new show to be opening in London next year. Of course it is gonna have alot of posts about it. Legally Blonde has had plenty too.

As I understand it the OP isn't referring to posts here, but to the way "news" about the production crowded out all other news stories on the WOS main page.
In my opinion anyone interested in improving himself should not rule out becoming pure energy.

I am sorry if one or two of you think it is overkill but we actually thought it was a real event and next time there is an event of this order we will probably do the same again.

We felt that a major new musical and sequel to the most successful stage musical of all time was a big story. We have in the past and will in the future give this level of exposure to new shows we think are newsworthy enough.

One technical note, while we could have combined the stories, putting multiple video and image files, which we had for this show on the same page, does make the page very slow to load which has an impact on the rest of the site so it is desirable to have the videos and image galleries in separate stories.

I knew they meant this, but there were lots of news stories on legally blonde when it was announced and since from WOS.

I don't see a problem with it.
